Just follow the 10 steps carefully, and then send your answers in the email below to our support, with images attached.
1. Please write your order number
2. Tell us where you found our website.
3. Take one close up picture of the neck label/printed inside label on the clothes. If there are 2 sides on the label, then a picture of each side of the label. (Close up is important)
4. Take one picture of the print from ca. 20-30 cm distance. Not further away than you can see the details, but far enough away to see the whole print if possible.
Take one additional picture of the whole of the clothes. If other products than clothes, take a picture close enough to see the details.
5. What is your overall impression of the product?
6. What is your impression of the print quality?
7. What is your impression of the clothes/fabric quality? (Or product quality if other product)
8. Are the colors matching reasonably with those on the website?
9. How is the size matching the size written on the website?
10. Is there something we could do better with the product you bought, or are you generally satisfied with your purchase?
Optional: Add any comments you have of your own choice.
Please note that you get your voucher for your time making the feed-back, not depending of what you write! Any negative feed-back is very valuable to us. Repeated negative feed-back might make us remove a product or improve on it. After we received your feedback we will send you a voucher as thanks!
