Q: What is print-on-demand clothes?
A: Some of our products are made only after it is ordered by a customer. The advantage is that we can offer cheap prices and different types of customization. You can even shift the print from one type of clothes to another in many cases.
Q: Can I print my own design?
A: If you want your own t-shirt made we can do it. It will be more expensive than in the shop though, because we need to do graphic work only for you.
But only for the first t-shirt. If you order more of that t-shirt, it will of course be a lower price for the next ones. Additionally, we work from Thailand at local prices. Contact us for this option.
If you send us a design you like to our support mail, and we think it looks so great we will add it to our shop, you will get a free t-shirt with your print sent as thanks for the idea.

Q: What is the printing technique?
A: Our Yipe cotton tees use Heat Transfer, which means it is a thin film added on the clothes under heat pressure. The all-over print clothes use a technique, that colors the upper layer of the fabric itself.
Q: How long will it take for my product to arrive?
A: Because the clothes are custom made, it takes a little longer for it to arrive. We usually estimate a turnaround time of 3-7 business days before your clothes are shipped. Depending on your country, customs, local holidays etc, expect 14-21 days before you have the clothes. Please be aware that if you buy more than one product in same order, they might be sent in separate packages.
Q: What if my clothes don't arrive?
A: We have 2-3 weeks of delivery time depending on the product, country, holidays etc. If more than 21 days goes, and your tracking code is not updated, please contact our support, so we can try to find out what happened to your package with our suppliers/couriers. You might be interested in our 5% International Delivery Guarantee, where Yipe will replace your package if it should be lost, no questions asked.
Q: Are there any discounts available?

Q: What is your price policy?
A: The price you see in the shop is the full price, with delivery and possible customization included. The price you see might change a bit depending on your country. The price in the cart might change if you order from another country than your delivery address or use VPN.
Q: How do I care for my clothes?
A: To keep your clothes looking it's best, we recommend washing it in cold water with similar colors and hanging it to dry only. Never use iron and always turn inside out when washing. This will help prevent the clothes from shrinking or fading.
Q: Can I shift the print?
A: Yes! In many cases we can shift the prints around. Read more on our Printing Info page. If there is any issue with your request we will email you before we send the clothes into production. If we can't accomodate your wishes for some reason you will get a full refund or alternatively a chance to modify your order.
Q; How do I make an order?
A: Add the product to the cart and pay via our payment provider Stripe. In the order you can specify the customization you want in the order notes field. When you have made your order you will receive an email receipt with your order number. After 3-7 days you will receive an update to your order with your tracking code added. Some products like shoes might take a bit longer time.
Q: Can I cancel or modify an order?
A: Usually the production process starts very quickly. If you change your mind within a few hours we might be able to stop the process or modify your order, but we can not promise this. After 24 hours it is too late.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have both products that can be returned, and products that can not be returned. It will be written on the products. If you don't want to keep the product simply send it back. You pay the return costs yourself. Unlike most other web shops we refund the full amount you paid including the delivery costs, but deducted a 15% restocking fee to cover our expenses with your purchase. You can instead choose a 100% store credit.
Start a return process within 14 days from you received the product by contacting support. Be aware that even it is written you can return the product, that is only the case if you bought it as is. If you ordered a customization it can not be returned.
Custom made clothes can not be returned. If a product can be returned it will be written on the product. If you have issues with your product quality or wrong items, please contact our support within 48 hours of receiving your package to get another product.
Q: Do you have an exchange policy?
A: For non-customized products that can be exchanged, simply return the product in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, and get a full refund, deducted a restocking fee of 15%. Instead you will get a 15% store credit to use for another purchase of the same product.
If you bought a wrong size customized product that can't be returned, you can buy the same clothes in a second order with 15% discount. You will save the return costs you would normally have, and maybe sell the clothes or give them as a present. Combined with the discount, this might be a solution for you.
Exchanging shoes, this discount will be 40-50% to make you able to get right fitting shoes at as little cost and trouble as possible. In the case of shoes, you will probably end up with a profit in total, if you can sell the shoes of course.
