You ordered something you like, waited for it with excitement, and when it finally comes something is not right. We know - it sucks. Luckily it does not happen very often.
If you think something is not right, start by sending us a mail with your explanation why, and add some photos to support you explanation. We need to have you complaint within 2 days from you received the package. For any questions you have just drop us a mail at:

If the product you received was defect or we sent you a wrong product you are entitled to get a new product. Read more about what to expect about patterns, colors, fabric and size Here. Simply contact our customer service within 2 days from receiving your package, and add some images to support your claim.

Some products can be returned/exchanged and some can not. It will be written on the product if it can be returned.
To exchange a product that can be exchanged for another size, simply start an exchange within 2 days from you got it. You pay the return cost, but unlike many other shops you will get a full refund including initial delivery costs. We deduct a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs, but you get a 15% store credit for the second purchase of the same product.
Customized products except most of our Yipe Tees can not be exchanged or returned - even if it is written so on the product. You need to buy it "as is".
Customized shoes can not be returned, so be careful with the measuring to avoid issues with sizing. We have an exchange option though, if you still get the size wrong.
In case of a size exchange, you would normally need to send the shoes back to the shop which is expensive, and then it would take time back and forth before you have the correct size.
Instead, we offer you to keep the shoes and order another pair of shoes in the right size with ca. 40-50% discount (Dependent on your country).
You will get the right shoes much faster, and save all the hassle with packaging and posting. With the saved return costs and the big discount, it will be more or less the same as an exchange. And unlike an exchange, you will still have the original pair of shoes in your possession. You can try to sell them and have a profit in total. This offer is only valid if you order max. 1 size up or down. If more than that the discount will be smaller.
Contact our support within 2 days after receiving the shoes if the size is wrong. You can always contact support before you order if in doubt!
On products that can be returned you have 14 days from the date you received the product to start a return process. To get a refund, clothes need to be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the undamaged inner packaging, so it can be sold as new again. The return cost is covered by yourself. Unlike many other shops we will refund the full price you paid, including the delivery costs, but deducted a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs with your purchase. You can choose a 100% store credit instead. You will receive the refund to your card within ca. 5-10 days after we approved the return. Products bought with gift cards or on sale can not be returned. International Delivery Guarantee will not be refunded.
Contact support to return the product. Pack the undamaged, unused clothes in a package, with a print of the order receipt you got via email inside and send it, with tracking.
In any case of return we will give you a return address. If you send to another address than the one we give to you, your clothes will not be replaced, and your money not refunded!. We are not writing address on this page to avoid people sending clothes to the wrong address or suppliers. You can find our address on the record labels's websites.
If you want any of your vouchers to be a gift card, please contact support.
Vouchers can not be combined with other vouchers, or used on products on sale.
